Making Fresh, Homemade Pasta & Homemade Sauce
For this assignment, you will be making fresh, homemade pasta AND pairing it with a homemade sauce. Watch the demonstration video below and use the recipe given (you may cut the recipe in half, if needed). You will also make any of the following sauces with your pasta (MUST be made from scratch):
For this assignment, you must make fresh pasta AND a homemade sauce. Click the links below for the recipes.
*You may cut the pasta recipe in half to reduce the servings and the amount of eggs needed. (Divide each ingredient by 2.)

Rubric - Cooking Lab (100 Points)
Recipe (19 Points) - Input the recipe into the designated area. The recipe should include the title of the dish, the ingredients, and the instructions. (You must type or copy/paste the full recipe to earn points, NOT add the link to the recipe website.)
4 Photos of Cooking Process (80 Points)
Photo 1 (20 Points)- Photo of all ingredients for both fresh pasta & homemade sauce
Photo 2 (20 Points)- Photo of fresh pasta, shaped, rolled, or cut
Photo 3 (20 Points)- Photo of cooking homemade sauce
Photo 4 (20 Points)- Final Product, pasta with sauce on it (You must show your face in this photo! 15 Points)
Submit Make a copy of the template, insert your recipe and 4 photos, save as a PDF (1 Point) and attach the single document into Educator. (See example below.)
