For this assignment, you will making a salad and homemade dressing. View the "How to Make The Perfect Salad" and "Dressing Cheat Sheet" graphics to give you guidance as you prepare your creative and original salad and dressing.
For your salad, you will need to include the following:

Something Crunchy
Something Soft
Something Unexpected
Protein

Rubric - Cooking Lab (100 Points)
Recipe (19 Points) - Input the recipe for your salad/dressing. The recipe should include the title of the dish, the ingredients, and the instructions. (You must type or copy/paste the full recipe to earn points, NOT add the link to the recipe website.)
4 Photos of Salad Preparation (80 Points)
Photo 1 (20 Points)- Ingredients
Photo 2 (20 Points)- Preparation of Salad (cutting lettuce or toppings)
Photo 3 (20 Points)- Preparation of Dressing (Mixing of Dressing)
Photo 4 (20 Points)- Final Product (You must show your face in this photo! 15 Points)
Submit Make a copy of the template, insert your recipe and 4 photos, save as a PDF (1 Point) and attach the single document into Educator. (See example below.)
