Converting Recipe Amounts
You will be making a dish from the list below and demonstrating how to convert a recipe.
You will half the recipe or double the recipe based on how many people you are feeding. You will be preparing this dish. Be sure your calculations are correct, or your recipe might not turn out how it's intended it to taste.

Rubric - Cooking Lab (100 Points)
Original and Converted Recipe (19 Points) - Input the original and converted (halved or doubled) recipe into the designated area. The recipe should include the title of the dish, the ingredients, and the instructions. (You must type or copy/paste the full recipe to earn points, NOT add the link to the recipe website.)
4 Photos of Cooking Process (80 Points)
Photo 1 (20 Points)- Ingredients (5 or more ingredients)
Photo 2 (20 Points)- Preparation (measuring/mixing/cutting)
Photo 3 (20 Points)- Cooking (food in oven/stove/grill)
Photo 4 (20 Points)- Final Product (You must show your face in this photo! 15 Points)
Submit Make a copy of the template, insert your recipe and 4 photos, save as a PDF (1 Point) and attach the single document into Educator. (See example below.)
