Time & Resources

The Fair Haven Public School District is committed to providing high-quality Gifted Education Program. This includes both the time and resources to be able to successfully implement and monitor the program.

• A formal Gifted Education Committee will be appointed each school year

• A Gifted Education Program Coordinator will be appointed each school year

• The Gifted Education Program Checklist will be utilized annually to review the program

• Input from students, teachers, and families involved in the program will be gained through online surveys

• Local funds and Title IV funds will be utilized to fund the program and professional development opportunities for staff

• Workshops will be provided to all staff about the depth and complexity model they can utilize to enhance content for students in their classrooms
