World Languages 4-8

L'homme qui sait deux langues en vaut deux

At Knollwood School, students in 4th grade continue learning Spanish, transitioning from their time at Sickles.  Once students enter 5th grade, they have one semester of Spanish and one semester of French.  This opportunity allows students to experience both languages and helps them to make their official language selection for middle school.  In grades 6-8, students choose which language they want to pursue.  Full year Spanish and French courses are offered to students.  These classes meet every other day for one hour and are paired with a student's social studies course.
