Build a Wildlife Park

Activity 1

Share the image of the zoo animals below and provide the students with a large piece of paper, and some coloring tools.

Explain to your students that they will design a zoo, but that they have to sort all of the animals into appropriate categories, so that it’s easier to keep them happy and fed.

Allow them some time to sort the animals and for some added fun, have them color and create the animal’s homes on the paper.
