Corrective Action Plan

The purpose of a Corrective Action Plan is to guide LEAs through an in-depth analysis of components contributing to noncompliance and develop strategies to resolve noncompliance as identified by monitoring within State Performance Plan (SPP) required elements and/or by Differentiated Monitoring and Support (DMS) activities.

Correction of Noncompliance

Timely correction means noncompliance is corrected and supporting documentation is submitted to the TEA as soon as possible but in no case later than one year from identification (i.e., from receipt of written notification of noncompliance).
