Adopted amendments to 19 TAC §89.1196 Individualized Education Program Facilitation and 19 TAC §89.1197 State Individualized Education Program Facilitation clarify procedures for individualized education program (IEP) facilitation and add language allowing TEA to delegate certain duties and responsibilities to an education service center (ESC) to maximize efficiency.
