The MyBVC portal will open for Expression of Interest on Monday 27th July 2026 

Units 1&2

1. Attend course counselling or subject selection at your school.

2. Create a USI https://www.usi.gov.au/

3. Complete an expression of interest on the MyBVC Portal 

https://www.brimbankvetcluster.com.au. Choose Student Application Tab

4. Complete the VET Student Contract and return it to your VET Co-ordinator.

5. Places will be confirmed at the end of Term 3.

6. Attend a compulsory orientation session on Tuesday 17th November 2026.

Units 3&4

1. Successfully complete Units 1&2.

2. Attend course counselling or subject selection at your school.

3. See your VET Co-ordinator to re enol you into Units 3&4.

It is highly recommended that students complete Units 1&2 before enrolling in Units 3&4. Some VET programs have prerequisites, meaning students may not be able to continue into Units 3 & 4 without successfully completing Units 1&2. A certificate cannot be fully completed without completing Units 1–4, although some programs may only offer a partial certificate completion.
