The Zone Convenor is asking for Nominations through schools for boys & girls in year 5 or 6 who:

• Play representative rugby league and/or

• Division 1 players ONLY! (Unless weekend team doesn’t have Division 1 team - then exceptional players ONLY)

• Possess a high level of skills and understanding of rugby league

Please note, selection is for ONE team only, Girls can trial and be selected but there is no designated Girls Team.

• 11’s Trial- Arrive 9:30am / Trials commence 10am

• Opens Trial- Arrive 11pm/ Trials commence 11:30pm

1. Nominations must be through your school sport coordinator

2. Beecroft/Brisbane Waters/ Hornsby Combined Zone Selection trial to select a team

Successfully Nominated Students:

• will receive a Trial Permission Note from their school sport coordainator.

  • This Zone Trial Note must be presented to the convenor at the trial fully filled out and signed by:

    • Sports Coordinator

    • Principal

  • No note, no trial.

Additional Information from the convenor:

• Students must provide their own playing equipment that includes boots, socks and shorts.

• Students should come dressed ready to participate. Playing shirts will be provided at the trial.

• Students need to bring their own water bottle/s, hat, sunscreen and a signed permission note (no note- no trial). Rugby League is a contact sport therefore mouthguards are compulsory.

  • • No Mouthguard – No Play.

• Sydney North Trials are on the 30th March for students that gain selection.

• Students will be dismissed at the completion of the trial.
