The Zone Convenor is asking for Nominations through schools for boys & girls in year 5 or 6 who:

• Play representative hockey

• Play in a high level hockey team on the weekends

• Possess a high level of skill and understanding of hockey

Trial may not be required:

• Traditionally we do not usually get enough nominations for Hockey to hold a trial

• Once the nomination process closes, names will either be sent to Sydney North or a Zone Trial will be called.

         2. Students are either sent directly to the Sydney North Trial or if numbers are enough a Zone Trial will be held

Successfully Nominated Students:

• will receive a Trial Permission Note from their school sport coordainator.

  • • This Zone Trial Note must be presented to the convenor at the trial fully filled out and signed by:

          • Principal

    • No note, no trial.

Students Selected in the Sydney North Hockey Team:

• Not enough students nominated for a Zone Trial, all nominations will go through to the next level
