The suppliers do not provide e-catalogues so purchase will be by punch-out via PECOS where available (Procurement will update this handbook when suppliers have punch-out availability on PECOS) or by contacting the supplier directly for prices and raising the order as a non-catalogue order on PECOS.

The benefits of using this framework include:
