1. Launching Your Classroom
Purpose: Equip new teachers with the foundational systems necessary for a successful classroom launch.
Session Description: Participants establish expectations, routines, procedures, physical organization, and systems that support learning from the first day.

2. Understanding What High-Quality Teaching Looks Like
Purpose: Build a common understanding of effective instruction and district expectations.

3. Getting to Know Your Curriculum
Purpose: Help new teachers confidently navigate and use HQIM.

4. From Curriculum to Classroom: Lesson Internalization
Purpose: Move new teachers from reading lesson plans to understanding the instructional intent behind them.
