Our Mission
Providing cohesive, high-impact, intentional professional development to grow teachers who grow students. To ensure that all K–12 teachers and leaders are equipped with the aligned knowledge, skills, and practices necessary to enhance instructional practice and improve student achievement across the district.
Our Vision
To reimagine the impact of professional development by developing a multi-tiered culture of cohesive teaching and learning system between all departments that support high-impact learning opportunities aligned with district goals (plan) and student outcomes.
Goals/Objectives
Enhance student achievement
Support the growth of all educators
Provide ongoing, targeted development using effective instructional best practices aligned to the Louisiana Educator Rubric and the Louisiana Leader and Counselor Rubric.
Differentiate support according to grade bands, teacher proficiency levels, and leadership roles across the district
Deliver intentional and goal-oriented approach to professional learning for all.
Provide professional development opportunities will be structured into focused, manageable sessions that offer clear, actionable guidance to improve instructional practices.
