A family who had a beach house on Long Island New York, was sleeping on their covered porch that overlooked the dock. When they woke up, in the morning, the boat was untied from the dock and had drifted into the Atlantic Ocean. As soon as they saw it, they jumped up and called for help. There were two men and they came running down from their dock to the family.

“What’s the matter?” One of the men asked.

“Our boat was untied by someone and now our boat is drifting away into the Atlantic Ocean!” the father yelled.

In the family, there are two brothers, two sisters, a mother, and a father. The father’s name is Jack, the two brothers are James and Mike, the two sisters are Isa and Ella, and the mother’s name is Siara.

The two men said, “We will help you, only if you are people we can trust. We have had people in the past tell us that they said they needed help, but they were just tricking us, and we have been left stranded on islands, kidnapped, and so on.”

“You can trust us.” Jack replied. “We have never done that to someone, and we don’t plan to.”

So the two men and the family went to the men’s boat and they started after the family’s boat. Jack started daydreaming and thought about how in the world the boat got untied? He was thinking that someone might’ve untied it on purpose, or if he, himself, forgot to tie the boat. They finally reached the boat, however, it was way out in the ocean. It had taken them an hour to get to the family’s boat The two men threw some ropes through the holes of the boat. One of the men jumped across the space between the boat and the family’s boat. He took the ropes that they had thrown, pulled them through, and then tied the boat together until it was next to the other boat. The sun was now setting, so the family went to their boat, while the men stayed on in theirs. Both the family and the men lowered their anchors, so they wouldn’t drift away through the night. Meanwhile, it started raining. It was pouring! so much! The family and the two men were a little worried that the storm would cause big waves, but they soon got over it and went to bed. About the time when everyone was about to sleep, something hit the boats and made the boat shake ferociously.

“What was that?” Jack asked.

Jack got up out of bed, he grabbed his umbrella, because it was still raining, and ran outside to the deck of the boat. He looked out over the ocean, but saw nothing. So he went back to bed, and then it happened again. This time, when he came out of the deck, he made it just in time to see a tentacle fall back into the ocean. He was scared and thought to himself, “There have been stories of a sea monster and I just saw a tentacle go back into the ocean. What if those stories are true?!" He hollered, and his family along with the two men came out of their beds onto the deck’s of their boats.

“What is going on?!” everyone asked at the same time.

“I think i just saw a sea monster!” Father Jack replied.

Everyone just laughed, because to them, the Sea Monster didn’t exist.

Then the two men shouted, “Hahaha. There is no such thing as a sea monster!”

“But I have heard stories about them in the past.” Jack replied.

“Those stories are fake, you were probably just dreaming. Go back to bed everyone. Don’t worry about anything because Sea Monsters don’t exist.”

Jack hesitated and everyone went back to bed. About an hour later, Jack felt the boat shake again. This time, when everyone came out, the sea monster was where everyone could see it.

“Ahhhhhh!” the two brothers, James and Mike screamed.

“The sea monster does exist!”

“Everyone keep calm!” Jack shouted.

Then the sea monster rose it’s head up out of the ocean and made a mean look. It looked like it wanted to eat them. Everyone was frozen with fear. The Sea Monster then went back into the ocean.

“The Sea Monster,” was just a colossal squid!” Father Jack said. “So everyone was just calling it a Sea Monster just because they wanted to scare people. How foolish!”

The two men replied to Father Jack, “See Mr. Jack, There is no such thing as a “Sea Monster.” It was just a colossal squid.”

“You were right. I think I learned a lesson today, on the other hand, I think this was one of the best adventures I’ve ever had!”

An hour later, everyone was back to shore safe and sound. The two men and the family had dinner together at the Crab Shack. They talked and talked about the adventure they had, iIn other words, it was a wonderful memory! I Hope you enjoyed it!
