She strolls into the office with the perfect appearance.

Because fake news is this station’s notion.

Increase her paycheck if she promotes Hillary:

All of it at the expense of the GOP.

“These people deserve the truth,” she says,

And he replies, “Hush woman, give it a rest.

No one will listen to your opinion.

Stick to the script and say what is given.”

In her office surrounded by white men of honor,

And alone she is a silenced woman of color.

The urge to stand up for what is right;

She will not stop without a fight.

Remembering again that this pays the bills,

She’d like to keep her house in Beverly Hills.
