his warm light glows

and illuminates her skin

as the wind blows

her eyes glisten unknown

as she stares up high

at Apollo’s throne

butterflies flutter by

as she breathes in deep

and lets out a sigh

my heart feels tender

as i admire her eyes

and her beauty so splendorous
