Grade-VI
The Culmination of the PBL -1 was conducted on 17 August; 2021 for Grade VI students to develop the skill of academic ownership. Each group of students was given 15 min to present their work. They participated with great enthusiasm by giving presentations, roleplay and demonstration. Students connected their topic ‘Life on Land’ with related SDG Goals to show their steps to save the environment.
Students can accept and reach the goals and high expectations of academic achievement when given the opportunity to own their work and successes. The students came out with flying colours during their presentation.

GRADE VII
Project-based learning (PBL) is a model that organizes learning around projects. According to the definitions found in PBL handbooks for teachers, projects are complex tasks, based on challenging questions or problems, that involve students in design, problem-solving, decision making, or investigative activities; give students the opportunity to work relatively autonomously over extended periods of time; and culminate in realistic products or presentations
PBL projects are focused on questions or problems that "drive" students to encounter (and struggle with) the central concepts and principles of a discipline. Projects involve students in a constructive investigation.
Students of Grade VII did phenomenal work in their PBL.
The big question given to them was “HOW CAN I REUSE WASTE WATER TO ACHIEVE THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOAL ? (SDG Goa l6 Clean water and Sanitation )
As we all know that the pressure on soft, clean water is increasing due to population growth, industrialization and lavish lifestyle. So there's a need to reuse the water used to lower down the burden on the clean water.
As we know students are the upcoming citizens of India, so by completing these projects they came across various facts and details which they had included in their projects.
A pilot project of a wastewater treatment plan was made by the students with related activities such as, poster making, drama, role play, letter writing was successfully completed by the students.

Grade-VIII
Project-based learning is one of the best active learning strategies, where the students take charge of their understanding by doing the activities and answering the Driving Questions that lead to answering the Big Question. After a 4 week-long extensive research and hands-on activities, students of Grade VIII presented their work in the offline mode.
The big question was “Are we taking the same precautions that we used to take during the pandemic?” Students participated and gave impressive presentations of their work. They interviewed the doctors, initiated social media campaigns, wrote reports, made posters, and much more. The students' learning was very evident as they presented their work with confidence and with evidence too. The students also answered the driving questions for each week mapped for various subjects. All the teachers appreciated the work and efforts taken by every participant.
