Jake's Dream Adventure
Once there was a guy named Jake. He lived alone. One night he was dreaming…in his dream, he could fly. But his was not a normal kind of dream. He was lucid dreaming!
A lucid dream is a type of dream in which the dreamer becomes aware that they are dreaming while dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, or environment.
Jake could do anything he wanted to do, like… fly, or even become invisible. And that's when he hit his head so hard that his brain lost the ability to wake him back up.
His neighbours didn't see him go to work or get food for five days! They went into his house AND HE WAS SLEEPING FOR LIKE 5 DAYS. They took him to the hospital as quickly as they could. His relatives were there too! The hospital told them that his brain had a problem and so he couldn't wake up.
Jake was enjoying his dream. Soon he realized that he was dreaming for a very long time and he could control his dream so he decided that he would do things that no one can do!
First, he flew and stopped a meteor by just PUNCHING IT! And then he teleported everyone who was in the international space station back to the earth and destroyed it! Then he found out who’s ‘nobody’ and why he was in so many memes.
But eventually Jake got bored. He wanted to do something different. HE DESTROYED THE ENTIRE SOLAR SYSTEM and made another one. He created life. He made another earth and made it infinite in his dream. And he made sure that the earth never needed a sun or a moon.
And …..That’s when he woke up. He realized that doctors had fixed his brain. He went home and told his neighbours and relatives about what he did in his DREAM!
Of course…Nobody believed him!

The Glory of the Seven Sisters - A Travelogue
East India, means the eastern states of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Mizoram, Nagaland and Manipur - the Seven Sisters. I visited the Seven Sisters in the Summer 0f 2022 and am sharing a few awe
These states are popular for spectacular waterfalls, beautiful valleys, and their unique culture. They are also known for lush forests, and their rich fauna.
Assam is known for The Kaziranga National Park and its one-horned rhinos, and white rhinos as well. Rhinos, elephants, boars, and deer are the most spotted wildlife in the national park. Many small villages and a few resorts are found and the foothills of Kanchanjuri.
Assam worships Goddess Parvati in the Kamakhya Temple. History tells us that one part of Goddess Parvati's body, her abdomen, landed in this place. The temple marks that place. Since then, the river Brahmaputra turns red only once a year, in the month of July.
Shillong in Meghalaya is prominent for waterfalls, single root bridges, double root bridges, and Asia's cleanest village Dauki.
Elephant Falls and Seven Sister Falls in the Garo, Khasi, and Jaintia hills are eye-catching. These hills mark the end of Indian land and this is where Bangladesh starts. A clean and beautiful river flows and marks the Indo-Bangla border and the water is shared by both countries.
To my surprise, I found the famous street food panipuri in Shillong, and the momos cooked there were much bigger than what we eat in Nagpur.
The eastern part of our country is filled with many amazing secrets and a visit to the place must become part of every Indian’s bucket list.

Changing My Past
I wish….I could ‘Time Travel’
To see what I did,
To gaze at what I do,
To scrutinize a mistake
I may have made.
Time runs out…. It is irremediable
Why am I searching for myself,
In the pile of pasts.
I impel myself, to move on
For I cannot change the past,
If I do so,
What about my present?
I know that I can never change the past,
But I can always amend it
Since it's never too late
To be what you might've been.

The Pillow Under My Head
With a soft pillow under my head,
Is the best way I can sleep in bed!
This soft pillow is my best friend
And no nightmares do I dread.
A friend that takes me through terrible times,
An assistant who helps me sleep when I am ill!
A companion with whom I win every game…..every pillow fight
A friend who keeps my secrets
A kindred spirit that never leaves my side.
A buddy who allays my fears.
The one who's got the strength to endure my tears.
With my pillow under my head,
Is the best way to spend the night in bed,
I lose myself in dazzling dreams
With my friend with me, the whole world gleams.

The Final Day
Here I am restless with no sleep in the middle of the night,
But deprived and in vain.
There is no place where I could sob and cry,
My emotions are beyond my reach.
Hard work and talent are two unbridgeable hills,
but all I care for is perfection,
For which I fell.
Hard work beats talent until,
talent works hard,
But why is my greed for excellence eating me alive?
My eyes are dark as night,
but my dreams are as bright as the sky
My heart runs miles,
while I am tested,
Found guilty of nothing but pure innocence.
my jaw is shivering with chills of gossiping wind,
heartbeats have gone up,
breath is unfettered,
hands are cold, but the chest is warm,
eyes fill with tears,
But nothing spills out.
after all the grit and drama,
I turn to the almighty.
I regret the past and forget the tomorrow,
Only to realise that my present is to blame.
