Cleaning the windows to welcome fresh air into the classroom. Today, it is one of my activities to ensure that the parents attending the meeting will feel comfortable with their children.

I am preparing the campaign posters in the classroom, including the protocols and psychosocial support materials. These will aid me in reminding the learners of the protocols and coping with the challenges posed by the pandemic.
CONDUCIVE AND FRIENDLY SPACE
Throughout my journey before validation and during validation, I learned that the teachers and stakeholders should give the physical environment or the school's space more importance. In our current situation, the school environment must be clean, organized, and has a complete facility that promotes fun learning that encourages and catches learners' interest to attend regular classes. The teacher in the school must be the mainstream of fun and friendly classroom where students enjoy while they are learning, where they feel a sense of belonging inside and outside the school. The teacher must promote a positive attitude among the students wherein teachers encourage learners to uplift their positive mood towards the activities and learning and realize that learning is fun and essential in their lives.
As a future teacher, I also realized that achieving a conducive environment is not just about having complete and organized facilities. It is also about how the teachers handle and apply the strategies in different circumstances and situation that is connected or appropriate to the needs of the learners. For me, I should not just focus on the beautification and organization of the classroom and school but also be sensitive in every form of approach or specifically the learning materials that I am presenting to them because in our present situation where technology is rampant false information's can be adopted and believed by elementary learners. Elementary learners are more on thinking and embracing the things they see and observe. As an elementary teacher soon, I will be more sensitive and accurate in the learning materials I will use and present to them. I will ensure that it is always in line with their learning level. And I will see to it that they will adopt lifelong learning by utilizing having a piece of accurate and factual information.
As a whole, I will use my creativity and passion in teaching to innovate my school. A priceless effort when I achieved a conducive learning environment where learners are safe, and no one is left behind.
