Demonstration teaching in Science was conducted last April 19 to Grade IV learners with an outstanding rating given by the cooperating teacher. After some revisions, the lesson was delivered successfully.

DEMONSTRATION TEACHING SHAPES DEVELOPMENT
Teachers are not born perfect. Teachers have to learn and be trained to be good teachers. Nobody is perfect; it is undeniable that teachers create mistakes while teaching. It has been said that teachers can learn through their mistakes. Mistakes shape teachers' lives for their development.
After my demo of teaching Science on different water sources, my cooperating teacher handed me the evaluation form. At first, I could not believe the rating and the comment. Still, he reminded me that listening to the advice of my immediate supervisor and other tenured colleagues in the field would help a newbie teacher and an intern like me. That made me realize that to teach effectively, I should come to school and stand in front of the learners prepared and ready.
