During the distribution of self-learning modules, I interviewed the sister of my learner, who has been excelling in class, as manifested in the submitted outputs. This initiative is part of knowing the diversities of learners and employing the appropriate strategies to utilize their talents and skills and address the challenges that they might have.

KNOWING THE COLOR
Colors are an essential part of our life. Without colors, we can't see the beauty of everything. Colors are what make people unique. It helps us identify our differences. Colors promote separation and combination. This helps us identify and label who and what we are. It is a fact that every student has unique and has different colors. As a future teacher, understanding the learner's profile would help me address learners' diversity.
From my home visit and interview, I realized that it is essential for me as a teacher to survey to know my learners' profiles. Having this kind of form helps me to become a competent teacher. During my home visit, I realized that knowing the background of my learners is an essential tool in making instructional materials, activities, questioning, and the overall teaching process. It helps me identify the different colors of the students. Knowing their colors help me deliver effective teaching. It enables me to select what materials, questions, and assessments are suitable for their colors or differences. It helps me address their needs and differences.
As a future teacher, I recommend to all aspiring teachers like me to become aware of the student's background. It is essential in the teaching process to make sure that you practice equality in the classroom as a teacher.
