If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would you do?

A gathering with my friends and family!  A BBQ at our caravan by the sea, lots of chit chat and laughter.

What is your favourite book to read?

I don't have a favourite but I do like a good story.  One that draws you in, keeps your attention and keeps you thinking even when you aren't reading it.

What's your favourite family recipe?

This is easy - although I do have two!  Caramel shortbread and Lemon Meringue Pie -  yummy! (each passed down by a different grandma)

What is the best thing about your job?

Without a doubt the students!  Getting to know them, giving a helping hand when needed and a thumbs up when things are going well.  Seeing them grow and develop into young adults ready to take their next steps into their future.
