So.....you're going to secondary school
As well as being an exciting milestone, the transition from primary to secondary school can be quite daunting for parents/carers as well as students.
This year some children will almost certainly feel some initial fears, concerns and anxiety at the prospect.
We hope to do all we can to make this transition process as smooth as possible.
This transition web page has been created to provide you with as much information as possible in the run up to 'the big move' to D.C.H.S.

The key to coping successfully in secondary school is ORGANISATION!
Making sure that your child has everything needed for school, and is where he/she is supposed to be (on time), requires forward thinking and planning, and they will need a little help to get in the swing of this.
