I’m Italian, born in Rome. I am a bit of a foodie,(obviously) I love learning about different cultures through cooking, and I firmly believe that good food can solve most problems, or at least make them easier to deal with.
I would love to spend a day with the famous French pastry chef Amoury Guichon to learn all the secrets of chocolate and sugar craft.
I love watching students realise they’re capable of more than they thought. I believe in progress over perfection, and that effort, kindness, and a little bit of fun go a long way.
