Welcome to The Duchess's Community High School!

We are delighted that you will be joining us in September, and I am really looking forward to getting to know you all as your Head of Year. Whilst we know you will miss your Primary Schools, we have 5 years ahead of us to be excited about.

There will be challenges, opportunities, laughter and tears along the way, but remember - we are here to support you through it all.

We have high expectations at school and believe everybody should strive to be the best they can be, regardless of academic ability. Focus on your strengths, be kind to yourselves and to others, and remember, we are one big team, all working together to be successful and sending you onto your next stage of life when you finish Year 11. Your time at DCHS will fly by - make the most of every day you are here!
