ACTFL Exit Level: Intermediate Mid
High School Level III continues to develop students’ communicative and cultural competence by engaging with authentic communication and interaction using target language. Students at this level use simple paragraphs to communicate. They can understand the main idea and key information in short straightforward texts on familiar matters. Can deal with situations regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes & ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

Chapter 1
I can question and provide information regarding daily activities and student performance.
I can introduce the kind of school, introduce the facilities, teachers, and students, and offer input on how the lessons are organized.
Chapter 2
I can make a comparative of goods and answer some inquiries regarding selling and buying various items.
I can explain the discount event and select my preferred things with reasonable reasons.
Chapter 3
I can respond to inquiries concerning the color, style, size, and cost of products.
I can compose an essay about how to honor parents' birthdays and their feelings.
I can orders over the phone and get information about delivery dates and places.
Chapter 4
I can inquire about and introduce family members' careers and dreams.
I can share my travel tales and tell a story of the nations you've been to.

Chapter 5

Chapter 6

Chapter 10

I can provide a written or oral introduction to the traffic, public facilities, and shopping areas surrounding a community

RUBRICS AND POLICIES - Once posted here they will not change. However, if a chance is necessary the teacher will inform students well in advance and will clearly mark the changes.
