ACTFL Exit Level: Intermediate Low
High School Level II expands on the foundational skills developed in Level I, enhancing language fluency and complexity. At this stage, students can:
communicate using connected sentences to express ideas more clearly.
understand and use common expressions related to everyday topics, such as personal and family details, shopping, local places, and work.
engage in basic conversations for routine tasks, exchanging straightforward information on familiar subjects.
describe personal experiences, surroundings, and immediate needs in simple terms.
Overall, this level helps students strengthen their ability to interact in practical, real-life situations with greater confidence.
You will need the following:
Student textbook Aula Internacional Plus 2.
A notebook to take notes.
Pencils and ballpoint pens.
Highlighters.
An eraser (or a corrector pen)
