💻 Authority figures are people who enforce rules and laws. They also help us stay safe. Watch the video.

✎ Who are the authority figures in your community? On a sheet of paper, make a list of the following authority figures: police officers, firefighters, crossing guards, and teachers. Draw a picture of each of the authority figures and write a sentence explaining how each one helps the community.

✎ Potential Grade: Have students explain the list they made and their drawings.
