Summer Party on July 1st / 7月1日のサマーパーティーについて
Thank you very much for signing up for the hamburger lunch. We are so happy to see so many families coming to spend the last day of spring term together.
最終日のハンバーガーランチをお申込みいただきありがとうございました。春学期最終日を多くのご家族の皆様と一緒に過ごすことができることを楽しみにしています。
On the day, you can join the class when students start the activities in the big gym. Please check what time your child starts on the list below. Due to lunch preparation, the school cafeteria won’t be available to wait in. We kindly ask all parents to wait somewhere outside the school until the start time.
当日は、生徒たちが大ジムで活動を始めるときに、保護者の方も一緒に参観いただけます。ご自身のお子様の開始時間については、以下のリストをご確認ください。ランチの準備のため、学校カフェテリアは待機場所として利用できません。参観予定の保護者の方は、開始時間まで学校外でお待ちいただくようお願い申し上げます。
*Hamburger Lunch fee ハンバーガーランチ代金:
If you have ordered the hamburger lunch, please pay the amount in cash when you come to school for the activity, not when dropping off your child(ren).
ハンバーガーランチを注文された方は、参観で学校に来られた際に現金でお支払いください。お子様を送り届ける際のお支払いはお受けできません。
※Lunch fee 200 yen per person ランチ代１人200円
*Inside shoes 室内履き：
Please bring your inside shoes and a bag to put your outside shoes in. We do not have enough slippers and shoe boxes for all the families coming that day.
＊ 室内履きと外靴を入れるためのバッグを持参してください。来校されるご家族の方々全員分のスリッパや靴箱をご用意することができませんので、ご協力お願いいたします。
*Transportation 交通手段：:
Please use public transportation to come to school that day. There will be a PTSA meeting for the regular school program and the school parking lot will be full throughout the day. Parking on the street will inconvenience the nearby residents, so please refrain from doing so.
公共交通機関をご利用の上ご来校下さい。当日はレギュラープログラムのPTSA会議もあるため、学校の駐車場は終日満車となります。路上駐車は近隣住民の方の迷惑になりますので、絶対にしないでください。
ATTENTION: The parking spaces in front of the main gate are NOT the school's parking lot.
注意：学校正門前の駐車スペースは学校の駐車場ではありません。
*School Bus スクールバス：
The school bus will be running as usual. Contact the school if your child will not ride a school bus on the day.
スクールバスは通常通り運行されます。当日スクールバスに乗車しない場合は、学校にご連絡ください。
*Dismissal time 帰宅時間：
Depending on the class, students might be dismissed a little bit earlier than usual (12:30-12:50) if they finish eating lunch.
クラスによっては、ランチを早く終えた場合に通常よりも少し早く（12時30分〜12時50分）解散することがあります。
【For those who didn’t fill out the sign up form 申込フォームを記入されていなかった方へ】
You are welcome to come and watch the students during activity time. However we are not able to accept additional lunch orders and the priority for the seats in the classroom will go to those who signed up for lunch. Please understand that, due to the limited space of the room, you may not have a seat to sit during lunch time.
フォーム未入力の方もどうぞ参観にいらしてください。ただし、追加のランチ注文は受けることができません。教室内の席も、ランチの申し込みをされた方が優先されます。教室でのランチタイム中に座る場所がないことがあるかもしれないということを、予めご了承ください。
