Last Day of Winter Term / 冬学期の最終日について
Time flies by so fast and we are already approaching the end of the Saturday School 2020. Thanks to your great support, we had another successful year in spite of COVID-19.
早いもので2020年度サタデースクールが終わろうとしています。コロナ禍の厳しい状況ではありましたが、皆さまの多大なご協力のお陰で、無事に今年度のサタデースクールを終えることができます。
As we announced in the newsletter, we had to make a difficult decision to hold the Mini Show on the last day of the winter term without families due to the State of Emergency. Instead we will film the performance and send you a link later so that you can see and enjoy the improvement students made in their English over the last two terms.
ニュースレターでご案内の通り、最終日のミニショーは、緊急事態宣言下のため、残念ながら、家族の観覧なしで開催することとなりました。その代替えとして、ミニショーを撮影した動画を皆さまにお送りしますので、この２学期間で成長したお子様の様子を楽しんでご覧いただければと存じます。
1. There will be regular class until 11:45. The Mini show will start at 12:00 and students will be dismissed at 13:00 as usual.
最終日当日は11:45まで通常授業を行います。その後12:000からミニショーを行い、生徒たちは通常通り13:00に下校します。
2. Lunch will be provided by the school. You don't need to bring your home lunch. The menu is Juicy Grilled Beef Burger, Coleslaw, Corn and Chocolate Cake. If your child has a food allergy, alternative food will be prepared. All classes will eat lunch in their classrooms.
ランチは学校でご用意します。おうちからお弁当を持ってくる必要はありません。メニューはビーフバーガー、コールスローサラダ、とうもろこし、チョコレートケーキです。メニューの中に食物アレルギーのある方には代替えメニューが提供されます。全クラス、各教室で食べます。
3. If your child will not ride a school bus on that day, please let the office know by the departure time.
スクールバスを利用の方で、当日利用しない方は、出発時間までに必ずご連絡ください。
