Request when you come to and from school by car / 車で送迎される方へのお願い
All parents that drive to school are requested to park cars in the Parking Lot #3 and walk to and from the CIS campus, regardless of weather conditions. CIS set a policy for all members not to drop off / pick up children on the streets around CIS for community safety reasons.
お車でお子様の登下校をされる場合は、かならず第三駐車場に駐車および乗降し、駐車場から学校まで歩いてください。当校では、学校と周辺の安全のために、すべての学校関係者に対して、道路上での車の乗降はしないように規定しています。
When walking to and from the parking lot, all students and parents must follow the CIS policy and stay on the designated walking paths. Taking the shortcut between the parking lots and the CIS campus is illegal (trespassing).
また、駐車場と学校間の徒歩移動についても、指定のルートを設けています。生徒保護者はこの規定を確認し、私有地の不法侵入を行わないようにして下さい。
The local police department, our neighbours and CIS are working together to ensure the safety of individuals using this area and respecting the landowner’s rights. CIS may suspend / expel those students/parents from school when safety risks and trespassing persist.
当校では日ごろから地元警察署や近隣住民や事業所ともコミュニケーションを取っており、当校関係者による上記安全に反する行為等については直ちに警察に通報していただくことになっております。また上記のような安全に反する行為が続く場合は当該生徒（保護者）の停学または退学処分も行います。

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by an error in our mailing list settings. Due to this mistake, the setting was such that all recipients could reply to everyone in the list. As a result, you may have received unrelated emails,and we understand the confusion and concern this may have caused.

School Bus Application / スクールバスの申込みについて
Parents and Guardians of Saturday School 2025
The school bus service will start from the first day, April 19th, 2025.
If you wish to use the school bus service, please fill out the application form below by 3pm, Friday March 21st. The result will be announced to you with the orientation package in early April.
You don’t have to fill out the form if you don’t wish to use the service.

【School Bus Fee】
School to and from Seibu-Tokorozawa Station East Exit 4,000 yen / Term
School to and from JR Higashi-Tokorozawa Station 2,000 yen / Term
【Notes】
Younger children will be given priority because of the limited seating.
There will be no school bus on the orientation day (April 12th).
One-way service is not available.
You cannot change the bus route depending on the day.
The bus fees will be collected at the orientation (April 12th).

2025年度サタデースクール
春学期 スクールバスのお申込みについて
サタデースクール2025の保護者の皆さま
４月１９日（土）から春学期の授業がスタートし、スクールバスも運行開始となります。
スクールバスの利用をご希望の方は、３月２１日（金）午後３時までに上記の申込フォームを入力してください。４月上旬にオリエンテーション/クラス分けテストのご案内と一緒に結果をお知らせいたします。
スクールバスの利用を希望しない方は、入力の必要はありません。

【スクールバス代】
西武所沢駅～学校間 ４,０００円 / 学期
JR東所沢駅～学校間 ２,０００円 / 学期
【備考】
定員をオーバーした場合は、低年齢の児童を優先させていただきます。
４月１２日のオリエンテーションの日はスクールバスを運行しません。
往復利用のみ受け付けます。
日によってバスのルートを変更することはできません。
スクールバス代は4/12のオリエンテーションで徴収します。
