Request when you come to and from school by car / 車で送迎される方へのお願い
All parents that drive to school are requested to park cars in the Parking Lot #3 and walk to and from the CIS campus, regardless of weather conditions. CIS set a policy for all members not to drop off / pick up children on the streets around CIS for community safety reasons.
お車でお子様の登下校をされる場合は、かならず第三駐車場に駐車および乗降し、駐車場から学校まで歩いてください。当校では、学校と周辺の安全のために、すべての学校関係者に対して、道路上での車の乗降はしないように規定しています。
When walking to and from the parking lot, all students and parents must follow the CIS policy and stay on the designated walking paths. Taking the shortcut between the parking lots and the CIS campus is illegal (trespassing).
また、駐車場と学校間の徒歩移動についても、指定のルートを設けています。生徒保護者はこの規定を確認し、私有地の不法侵入を行わないようにして下さい。
The local police department, our neighbours and CIS are working together to ensure the safety of individuals using this area and respecting the landowner’s rights. CIS may suspend / expel those students/parents from school when safety risks and trespassing persist.
当校では日ごろから地元警察署や近隣住民や事業所ともコミュニケーションを取っており、当校関係者による上記安全に反する行為等については直ちに警察に通報していただくことになっております。また上記のような安全に反する行為が続く場合は当該生徒（保護者）の停学または退学処分も行います。

Trimming work around the school 学校周辺の剪定作業について
On Saturday, January 25th and February 15th, tree trimming work is planned to take place around the school.
The work will occur along the red line indicated on the map below. Please drive carefully when dropping off and picking up your child at Saturday School. In addition, school parking lot #1 will be occupied by the trimming workers on that day so please use parking lot #3 to pick up and drop off your child..
As a reminder, CIS has a strict policy requiring all members to refrain from dropping off and picking up your child on the streets around school. Please make sure to use school parking lot #3.
１月２５日（土）と２月１５日（土）に学校周辺で木の剪定作業を予定しています。
下記地図の赤線のあたりでクレーン車が終日作業をしますので、車で送迎される方は十分注意してください。また、第１駐車場はその作業関係者が使用しますので、送迎には第３駐車場を利用してください。
繰り返しになりますが、学校周辺道路での車の乗り降りは禁止です。必ず、学校の第３駐車場を利用してください。

Renewal Application for 2025 / 2025年度継続申込のご案内
Saturday school has now started to accept renewal applications for 2025.
Please fill out the form below by Saturday Februray 1st 23:59.
We ask all of you to fill in the form even if you plan to leave Saturday School at the end of this school year. Current grade 6s and those who are entering CIS in April 2025 do not have to fill out the form.
※Please note that individuals who have completed the application form for new applicants in 2025 are required to fill out this renewal form as well.
