Summer Party on June 28 / 6月28日のサマーパーティーについて
Thank you very much for signing up for the hamburger lunch. We are so happy to see so many families coming to spend the last day of the spring term with us.
最終日のハンバーガーランチをお申込みいただきありがとうございました。春学期最終日を多くのご家族の皆様と一緒に過ごすことができることを楽しみにしています。
On the day, you can join the class from 11:15am. Please check what time your child starts on the list below. Due to lunch preparation, you will be unable to wait in the school cafeteria. We kindly ask all parents to wait outside the school until the start time.
当日は、11時15分から保護者の方も一緒に参加いただけます。体育館でのアクティビティから始まるクラスと、ランチから始まるクラスに分かれておりますので、下記リストにてお子様のクラスのスケジュールをご確認ください。なお、学校カフェテリアは、ランチの準備のため待機場所として利用できません。参観を予定されている保護者の方は、開始時間まで学校外でお待ちいただくようお願い申し上げます。
*Hamburger Lunch fee ハンバーガーランチ代金:
If you have ordered a hamburger lunch, please pay in cash the total amount of your order when you come to school for the class observation. We kindly ask that you prepare the exact amount, as we will not be able to provide change. Please note that we cannot accept payments when you drop off your child in the morning.
ハンバーガーランチをご注文された方は、参観当日にご来校の際、現金でお支払いください。恐れ入りますが、お釣りのないようご準備をお願いします。なお、お子様の登校時にお支払いいただくことはできませんので、ご了承ください。
※Lunch fee 200 yen per person ランチ代１人200円
*Items to Bring 持ち物：
Inside shoes, a bag to carry your outside shoes, a drink
上履き、外履きを入れて持ち歩くための袋、飲み物
*We do not have slippers and shoe boxes for all the families coming that day.
来校されるご家族の方々のスリッパや靴箱のご用意はありません。
*The hamburger lunch does not include a drink. Students and parents are asked to bring their own drink.
ハンバーグランチの中に飲みものは含まれません。生徒・保護者共に、各自、飲料水のご用意をお願いします。
*School Parking 学校駐車場:
Please use the coin parking around the school in case the school parking are full. Parking on the street will inconvenience the nearby residents and you will be reported to the police. so please refrain from doing so.
学校駐車場が満車の場合は近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。路上駐車は近隣住民の方の迷惑になりますので、警察に通報されます。絶対にしないでください。
ATTENTION: The parking spaces in front of the main gate are NOT the school's parking lot.
注意：学校正門前の駐車スペースは学校の駐車場ではありません。
*School Bus スクールバス：
The school bus will be running as usual. Contact the school if your child will not ride the school bus on that day.
スクールバスは通常通り運行されます。当日スクールバスに乗車しない場合は、学校にご連絡ください。
*Dismissal time 帰宅時間：
Depending on the class, students might be dismissed a little bit earlier than usual (12:40-12:50) if they finish eating lunch.
クラスによっては、ランチを早く終えた場合に通常よりも少し早く（12時40分〜12時50分）解散することがあります。
【For those who didn’t complete the sign up form 申込フォームを記入されていなかった方へ】
You are welcome to come and watch the students during the activity time. However we are not able to accept additional lunch orders and the priority for the seats in the classroom will go to those who have signed up for lunch. Please understand that due to the limited space in the rooms, you may not have a seat to sit during lunch.
フォーム未入力の方もどうぞ参観にいらしてください。ただし、ランチの追加注文はお受けすることができません。教室内の席も、ランチの申し込みをされた方が優先されます。教室でのランチタイム中に座る場所がないことがあるかもしれないということを、予めご了承ください。
