Year 9 Options

In Year 9 you will continue to learn the following subjects as core:

• English

• Geography

• History

• Maths

• Modern Language (French, German or Spanish - your language from Year 7)

• Religious Studies

• Science (in Year 9 these divide up into Biology, Chemistry and Physics)

You will then choose 3 subjects from the following list of options:

• Art & Design

• Design & Systems Thinking (DST)

• Drama

• Food Preparation & Nutrition (FNP)

• Italian

• Latin

• Music

There will be an Options Evening during Spring Term of Year 8 to help to guide you in making your choices.
