Learners show their progress against each of the competencies in their class and homework. They are also common assessments over the course of the year as follows:
Autumn Term - Reading and Listening (Competencies 1 and 2)
Spring Term - Writing (Competency 4) and Speaking (Competency 3). All learners will also write a poem based on the theme of Big Question - "What can I learn from outside of the UK? for the national Mother Tongue, Other Tongue Competition
Summer Term - End-of-year Exam (Competencies 1, 2 and 4)
