This user guide outlines the functionality of the ICON ePortal for school staff and provides details about ICON password policies and login procedures for existing and new users.
As there are a number of different users working in the ePortal, different functionality is available to each.
The different user roles include:
- Central Administrator
- Diocesan Administrator
- ePortal Administrator
- Debtors/Donors
- Active Parents
- Active Staff (including School Administration Officers)
- Active Student
- Teacher
- Past Users.

- Option 1 for ICON eAdmin school support
- Option 2 for ICON eLearn and G Suite school support
- Option 3 for technology support.
