This user guide outlines the functionality of the ICON ePortal for ICON ePortal Administrators. It provides details about ICON password policies and how to manage ePortal users.
This document covers instructions for the ICON ePortal Administrator to complete the following functions:
• reset and force current user password changes
• reset past student passwords and allow past students access to the ePortal
• manage the ePortal and Community Portal administration tile for the school and access to other packages (Citrix and HTTP Commander)
• manage the password policy that is implemented in the school
• request user reports that detail a user’s acceptance of disclaimer and user login on ePortal
• request audit reports that detail all user activity on ePortal.
