Overview of ePortal dashboard

Parents will see a dashboard that contains the tiles, links, screens and function buttons as demonstrated below when logging into their ePortal.

My Details

Below are definitions of the functions displayed at the top right of the My Details user account page:

Personal Info

The personal info page provides your basic details including first and last name as well as your email address:

Change Password

You can change your password by selecting the Change Password function at the top right of the My Details page:

To change your password you will need to enter your current password and then enter your new password twice. Passwords must meet the minimum requirements of the password policy displayed to the right:

Security Questions

You can change your security questions by selecting the Security Questions function at the top right of the My Details user account page. Make sure you select Save Changes when you are finished.
