The ePortal Admin can reset user passwords by clicking on either the Reset Password for Selected Users button at the bottom of the users page or for an individual, by clicking on Reset Password to the right of the user's name.
Passwords can be reset for one or more users by completing the following:
An email containing a link to reset the user's password will be sent to each user. Clicking on the link will take the user to the ePortal to create a new password.
Alternatively, the ePortal Admin can reset the password for one user at a time by using the Reset Password button to the right of the user's name. To do this:
A new box appears giving you two options for resetting the user's password:
Option 1: Send email with reset link
An email containing a link to reset the user's password will be sent to the user. Clicking on the link will take the user to the ePortal to create a new password.
Option 2: Manual reset
The ePortal Admin can manually create a temporary password for the user.
When the user logs into the ePortal the next time using this password they will be forced to create a new password.
