Logging into the ICON ePortal for the first time for staff in CEV G Suite schools

The following instructions assume that school staff have already logged into Google / G Suite with their new email address:

firstname.surname@schooldomain.catholic.edu.au

• • Enter the following URL for the ICON ePortal into the browser: https://portal.cev.vic.edu.au/

  • Click on the GSuite Sign in button located at the bottom right of the screen.

• Enter your new G Suite user name and password

• You will be prompted to provide a new password.:

Note: You may use your existing password if it fits within the ICON password complexity policy:

• • Click Submit. You will be asked to accept the ICON Disclaimer.

You will then be directed to the ICON ePortal Dashboard:

The left-hand side vertical menu options and ICON ePortal tiles will vary depending on your role in the school.

Note: You will need to login to Google GSuite on any other devices again.
