My Details

Below are definitions of the functions displayed at the top right of the My Details user account page:

Personal Info

The personal info page provides your basic details including first and last name as well as your email address:

Adding a personal email address

Users are advised to add their personal email address in the space provided. This will ensure you have access to ePortal emails if you are unable to access your school email account for any reason.

Please note: Non-CEV school users will not be able to sign in using the 'Sign in with Google' option. These users will always need to use the ePortal log in box but can use their UPN, C number or personal email address (if added on the My Details page) as their username.

Change Password

You can change your password by selecting the Change Password function at the top right of the My Details page:

To change your password you will need to enter your current password and then enter your new password twice. Passwords must meet the minimum requirements of the password policy displayed to the right:

Security Questions

You can change your security questions by selecting the Security Questions function at the top right of the My Details user account page. Make sure you select Save Changes when you are finished.
