Ephesians 4:11-12 (NIV)
“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up…”
Teacher, a generic name, appears differently in society: coach, therapist, master, author, even parents, and so many other unnamed titles. Not only is a teacher’s job to pass on wisdom, but they are also leaders who lead naive younglings to success, a big responsibility blessed by God. A teacher is a representation of God to the children (Romans 12:8). God gives teachers the authority of discipline and preaches the Truth.
In Covenant Christian School, we, the students, celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week to honor the teachers’ time and effort. Not only we, the students, express our gratitude and love to you, teachers, but we also celebrate our relationship with you because we are friends or a part of a family under Christ.

“She genuinely wants to see you succeed. She teaches in such a manner that —while you absorb all the information and advice— you don't find yourself burnt out after her classes or assignments. Her class makes writing and studying literature enjoyable and helps you to fully comprehend whatever the given task is. Easily one of the best teachers I've ever had, and I don't think I would have been able to manage this year without her help.” - Anonymous

Overall, I enjoyed many of my classes and the teachers, and even when I didn’t, I know they helped me prepare for college and the future.” - Ella Munson, 11th Grade

“I've had many fantastic teachers this year, and I don't have any favorites, but I'm thankful I have teachers who are willing to help me when I need it, and all I have to do is ask. All the teachers are super flexible with timing, and will sometimes respond to those late emails when you need it. Haha, but truly, I do not have a favorite, as they are all awesome people and wonderful examples of the Lord.” - Grade 10 Anonymous saying on behalf of all students
