FS2 – Episode 9: Creating My Classroom/Remote Learning Management Plan 

In Episode 9, I learned how important it is to have a well-structured management plan for both classroom and remote learning settings. A good management plan helps maintain order, promotes respect, and ensures that students stay focused on their learning. I realized that setting clear rules, expectations, and consequences is essential for creating a positive learning environment. This episode taught me that as a future teacher, I need to be prepared, adaptable, and consistent to effectively manage my class and support my students’ success.
