FS2 – Episode 10: Learning/Lesson Plan 

In Episode 10, I learned how essential it is to create a detailed and organized lesson plan to guide the teaching and learning process. A good lesson plan outlines the objectives, activities, and materials needed to meet students' learning goals. I realized that a well-structured plan helps teachers stay focused and ensures that lessons are engaging and effective. This episode taught me the importance of being flexible and responsive to student needs while still having a clear plan in place. As a future educator, I understand that a solid lesson plan is key to creating meaningful learning experiences for students.
