I gained a clearer understanding of the concepts, process, and models involved in action research (AR). This episode taught me that action research is a systematic approach to identifying and addressing specific challenges within the classroom. It involves observing, planning, implementing strategies, and reflecting on the results to improve teaching and learning practices. I realized how important it is to approach problems with an open and investigative mindset, using data and reflection to guide decisions. Understanding the AR process gave me confidence that, as a future teacher, I can actively address challenges and continuously enhance my teaching methods to benefit my students.
