FS2 – Episode 7: Making Online or Virtual Learning Environments Safe and Conducive 

In Episode 7, I learned how important it is to create a safe and conducive online learning environment. Ensuring that students feel secure, respected, and supported in a virtual space is just as important as in a physical classroom. I realized that effective online teaching requires clear communication, engaging materials, and tools that make learning accessible and enjoyable. This episode taught me that as a future teacher, I must prioritize building trust and connection in virtual settings while ensuring the technology and methods I use meet the needs of all learners.
