FS1 – Episode 15: Towards Teacher Quality: Developing a Global Teacher of the 21st Century 

In Episode 15, I learned about the importance of developing teacher quality in the context of the 21st century. As education continues to evolve, teachers must adapt to new challenges, technologies, and diverse student needs. A global teacher not only focuses on mastering content and pedagogy but also embraces lifelong learning, cultural awareness, and the ability to teach critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

This episode taught me that being a successful teacher in the 21st century requires continuous professional growth and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. As a future educator, I aim to be adaptable, innovative, and globally-minded, preparing my students for the challenges and opportunities of the future.
