FS2 – Episode 19: Writing an Initial Action Research Plan 

In Episode 19, I learned how to create an initial action research plan to address specific challenges in teaching and learning. Writing this plan helped me understand the steps involved, from identifying a problem to designing a strategy for improvement. I realized that action research is a valuable tool for finding practical solutions and enhancing classroom practices. This episode taught me that as a future educator, I can use action research to continuously improve my teaching methods and better support my students' learning needs.
