FS1 – Episode 16: On Teacher’s Philosophy of Education 

In Episode 16, I explored the concept of a teacher’s philosophy of education and how it shapes their approach to teaching. I learned that a teacher’s philosophy reflects their beliefs about how students learn best, what the role of education should be, and how to foster a positive learning environment. This philosophy influences everything from lesson planning to classroom management and even interactions with students.

This episode taught me the importance of developing my own philosophy of education as a future teacher. It made me realize that having a clear educational philosophy will guide my decisions, help me stay focused on my teaching goals, and ensure I provide meaningful learning experiences for my students.
