FS1 – Episode 9: Preparing for Teaching and Learning 

In Episode 9, I learned the importance of thorough preparation in ensuring effective teaching and learning. Observing how lessons are planned and materials are organized showed me that preparation is key to delivering engaging and meaningful instruction. I also saw how anticipating challenges and planning solutions can make the teaching process smoother and more effective.

This episode taught me that being prepared involves not just creating lesson plans but also understanding the needs of the students, organizing resources, and being ready to adapt when necessary. As a future teacher, I aim to prioritize preparation to create a positive and productive learning experience for my students.
