FS2 – Episode 18: Grading and Reporting 

In Episode 18, I learned the importance of grading and reporting as essential parts of the teaching process. Grading provides a way to measure student performance, while reporting communicates their progress to parents and other stakeholders. I realized that grading should be fair, transparent, and aligned with learning objectives, ensuring it reflects both knowledge and effort. This episode also taught me the value of providing constructive feedback to help students understand their strengths and areas for improvement. As a future educator, I aim to use grading and reporting as tools to motivate students and support their continuous growth.
